Johnessa brings over 25 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry with roles in Sales and Marketing Marketing Management as well as Group Sales Management. Directly before joining Blue Hawaiian, Johnessa worked as a Concierge Manager for Expedia Local Expert for over 10 years.
Born and raised on Hawai’i Island, Johnessa deeply appreciates the diversity of her home. She enjoys hiking, snorkeling, working out, and spending quality time with her friends and ‘ohana (family).

Bill brings over a decade of expertise in travel, sales, and guest services. In his current capacity, Bill oversees concierge operations across over 15 Oahu resort properties, cultivating relationships, optimizing guest experiences, and setting high standards across the teams. He plays a key role in strategic planning and business development, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. As a senior leader, he supports team training, growth, and mentorship, while fostering a workplace culture that embodies aloha at every touchpoint.
Prior to joining Blue Hawaiian, Bill served as a Lead Concierge and Concierge Manager for Expedia Group, where he led a high-performing team in Oahu. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri–Columbia, combining strategic business acumen with strong communication expertise.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys biking, golfing, hiking, and swimming—making the most of Hawai‘i’s perfect weather. But his greatest joy is being a husband and father, cherishing quality time with his wife and two daughters.

Based on Maui, where she has lived for over 20 years, Courtney now splits her time between Maui and Kaua‘i to manage the Kaua‘i concierge team—a role she has proudly held for the past two years. Before joining Blue Hawaiian Activities, Courtney spent 15 years with Expedia Group, where she served as a Sales Manager. In that role, she was responsible for managing concierge operations, driving activity sales, and cultivating strong partnerships with hotels and tour providers across the islands.
Courtney’s focus is rooted in sharing the aloha spirit and ensuring service excellence. One of her favorite parts of being a Concierge Manager is the teamwork—leading a dedicated team of concierges who are unwavering in their commitment to their guests. With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry, Jenny brings a strong operational mindset, sales leadership, and a heartfelt dedication to delivering outstanding guest service. In 2023, she was promoted to Senior Sales & Program Manager, a testament to her dedication and leadership. Before joining Blue Hawaiian Activities, Jenny spent over a decade with Expedia Group, where she served as a Concierge and Concierge Manager within the Local Expert program. TRACI NARDIN is a Program Operations Manager at Blue Hawaiian, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the executive leadership team and concierge managers across the Hawaiian Islands. With over five years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Traci previously worked as a Field Operations Partner for Expedia where she managed on-site operations and partner relationships across Hawaii. Before relocating to Hawaii, she spent eight years in progressive Human Resources roles, specializing in benefits administration, compliance, employee data, and HR systems. Traci holds an MBA from Davenport University, providing a strong foundation in strategic management and operational leadership.

MYRA GALINATO is a seasoned leader in Hawaii’s tourism and hospitality sector, currently serving as Vice President of Blue Hawaiian Activities, the experiential arm of Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. In this role, she leads business development initiatives, driving growth through hotel partnerships, enhancing online sales channels, and overseeing the division’s profit & loss performance.
With a career spanning over 25 years in the Hawaiian hospitality industry, Myra has built a strong reputation for boosting profitability, fostering collaborative relationships, and elevating service standards. She joined Blue Hawaiian four years ago as General Manager of Blue Hawaiian Activities, where she steered operations and significantly contributed to its positioning as a premier experiences provider across the Pacific and United States. Myra is known for her dynamic leadership style, a keen analytical focus on profit & loss management, strong hotel partnerships, and a passion for driving online sales growth.
Prior to her tenure at Blue Hawaiian, Myra held the position of General Manager for Expedia Local Expert in Hawai‘i. There, she managed concierge operations across the Hawaiian Islands and supported teams in Florida and international call centers, gaining invaluable insights into travel technology, OTA partnerships, and guest service optimization.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Quentin moved to Hawai’i for college, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Travel Management from Hawai’i Pacific University on O’ahu. He furthered his education by obtaining a master’s degree in International Business from the UoP while living in Tokyo, Japan.
Quentin brings over 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, including 20 successful years at United Airlines before joining Blue Hawaiian in 2019. His extensive background has equipped him with a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge, which he leverages to lead Blue Hawaiian with distinction.
Under his stewardship, Blue Hawaiian Helicopters has set the Gold Standard in tourism, consistently delivering memorable experiences to visitors while preserving and promoting the unique qualities of the area. Leading the company’s efforts, he oversaw the first launch of support operations, which quickly transformed into a five-day rescue mission. During this critical time, Blue Hawaiian provided thousands of meals, communication equipment, water, and evacuation services to those stranded on the west side of Maui. The power of helicopters enabled the team to deliver essential resources directly to the areas most in need, exemplifying Quentin’s commitment to community support and resilience.
