Johanna was nothing short of extraordinary! She created the most incredible itinerary for us taking into consideration the weather, our capacities, our likes and dislikes. Wow!! She was everything and more you could imagine for a concierge.

If I could give higher than 5 – I would. Stacie was INCREDIBLE. My trip was amazing and it had a lot to do with Stacie's help and recommendations. She took time to hear what my family was like and what we were hoping to accomplish (amazing things to do, while also a lot of relaxing). She listened and was helpful. I was so scared to go on the helicopter – but her reassurance helped me say yes – AND I'm sooooo happy I said yes.

Richard took time to walk us through everything we wanted and needed to know and took such care to help us plan exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. When we got to the hotel he had everything waiting for us with a calendar written and a map with all pick up locations circled. It was a flawless experience and would not have been able to do it without Richard. We are beyond grateful for him.

I was traveling with my daughter and we were a little nervous to venture out and were limited on time having only 4 days. Hoku made perfect recommendations for us, arranged an entire schedule of activities including transportation ahead of us arriving. She saved us so much time and made sure we did everything we had our hearts set on doing. Hoku made our trip so successful and memorable. We felt safe with everyone she booked us with and felt taken care of with nothing to worry about. She was so kind, efficient and professional! We are very grateful! She is incredible!

My parents rarely travel and were nervous flying to Hawaii. Jesse was very professional, helpful and accommodating. He made the process easy and gave great recommendations. Jesse took care of everything and my parents had a great time.

Cheryl was awesome. She booked four adventures for us and arranged all our transportation to and from. She also assisted with airport transfers and printed out a detailed itinerary for us. She truly helped me plan the perfect custom vacation for us!

Gael was such an amazing and helpful contact. She got us set up with the luau & helped to accommodate our large party. We all loved our experience & hands down, Gael is the friendliest and most helpful customer service person I have ever worked with!

From the initial contact, Aaron was professional, quick to respond to both emails & calls. When I told him we were going to Oahu & Maui, he said he could help me plan excursions for both islands. He was patient & kind with every question I had. He was like part of our family by the time we arrived at the hotel. He truly cares & made our trip the wonderful experience that it was. I will absolutely refer him to anyone I know going to Hawaii & if I'm ever back, I will surely reach out to him.

Kylie was excellent to work with. I called a couple weeks before our trip. She spent time with me and my wife on the phone discussing what we wanted to do and see and how we wanted to spend our time. She took all that into account when arranging our itinerary giving us time off between excursions and recommending local places to see and eat. She was great to work with and definitely made our planning easy and enjoyable.

I called three weeks in advance to ask for advice and suggestions on where and what to do on my first visit to Hawai’i. I received the best customer service I have ever received in any other city I have ever travelled to. I advised James what I was hoping to experience and he arranged the best tours for me. When I arrived everything was waiting for me and my trip was so much fun from the moment I arrived. I have not a single complaint and I look forward to returning soon. Thank you!!

Wenona was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. She knew every little detail about the excursions my wife & I were interested in. She scheduled us with great, reputable companies, and really helped to make our 25th anniversary extra special!

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Lydia was. Her personality and attention to detail, and the attention she gave to our needs and our employees was outstanding! She was always there to help us. We had a group of 17 people and she handled our needs with such expertise and professionalism. She was a delight to work with. Such a lovely person!!!
