TRIP DESCRIPTION
Join our experts aboard our luxury catamarans for West Maui’s favorite Whale Watch tour, directly from the world famous Ka’anapali Beach on Maui. Multiple departures daily, 8am and 10:30am. Convenient beach loading eliminates the hassle of driving to a state harbor, allowing guests the unique experience of boarding a luxury catamaran directly from the beach.
Our whale watching tours include snacks, beverages and an open bar. You will sail on one of our state-of-the-art, spacious catamarans with a marine naturalist on board to educate and inform you about the North Pacific Humpback Whales that migrate to Maui each year. You will also listen to the whale songs live on our underwater hydrophone and witness these majestic creatures and learn more about them in their natural habitat.

JOHNESSA LABRADOR-LINDSEY is a dedicated Concierge Manager for Hawai‘i Island, where she leads a team focused on elevating guest experiences at resort concierge locations. With expertise shaped by years of service in guest-facing hospitality, she ensures each visitor enjoys personalized, seamless, and culturally rich activities tailored to the island’s unique offerings.
Johnessa brings over 25 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry with roles in Sales and Marketing Marketing Management as well as Group Sales Management. Directly before joining Blue Hawaiian, Johnessa worked as a Concierge Manager for Expedia Local Expert for over 10 years.
Born and raised on Hawai’i Island, Johnessa deeply appreciates the diversity of her home. She enjoys hiking, snorkeling, working out, and spending quality time with her friends and ‘ohana (family).
For Johnessa, the best part of her role at Blue Hawaiian is the wealth of experiences she’s gained. She’s had the chance to explore many of the top attractions on each island, offering her a unique perspective to share with her guests. BILL NOLL is a dynamic hospitality leader serving as Senior Manager for Blue Hawaiian Activities on Oahu. A seasoned sales and concierge professional, Bill has consistently elevated performance and driven results since joining the organization. Bill’s journey with Blue Hawaiian Activities reflects the brand’s core values—exceptional service, deep respect for Hawaiian culture, and commitment to unforgettable, detail-oriented experiences.
Bill brings over a decade of expertise in travel, sales, and guest services. In his current capacity, Bill oversees concierge operations across over 15 Oahu resort properties, cultivating relationships, optimizing guest experiences, and setting high standards across the teams. He plays a key role in strategic planning and business development, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. As a senior leader, he supports team training, growth, and mentorship, while fostering a workplace culture that embodies aloha at every touchpoint.
Prior to joining Blue Hawaiian, Bill served as a Lead Concierge and Concierge Manager for Expedia Group, where he led a high-performing team in Oahu. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri–Columbia, combining strategic business acumen with strong communication expertise.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys biking, golfing, hiking, and swimming—making the most of Hawai‘i’s perfect weather. But his greatest joy is being a husband and father, cherishing quality time with his wife and two daughters.

MATTHEW BEIMES is a Concierge Manager on the island of Oahu, leading concierge operations across key resort locations to create exceptional guest experiences.
With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Matt has built a strong foundation in sales and guest services through roles with respected branded including Expedia Group and Hyatt Corporation. His background spans both front-line and management responsibilities, giving him a well-rounded perspective on delivering excellence in high-touch service environments. Matt also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management & Administration from the University of Nevada–Las Vegas, grounding his expertise in industry best practices.
Based in Oahu, he excels at cultivating strong partnerships, efficient operations, and impactful team leadership. Known for his calm leadership style, collaborative approach, and deep appreciation for Hawai‘i’s culture, Matt brings a thoughtful and consistent presence to his team and guests alike.

COURTNEY MEADOWS is a Concierge Manager with Blue Hawaiian Activities, where she leads the concierge team on the island of Kaua‘i. With nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Courtney brings deep operational knowledge, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Based on Maui, where she has lived for over 20 years, Courtney now splits her time between Maui and Kaua‘i to manage the Kaua‘i concierge team—a role she has proudly held for the past two years. Before joining Blue Hawaiian Activities, Courtney spent 15 years with Expedia Group, where she served as a Sales Manager. In that role, she was responsible for managing concierge operations, driving activity sales, and cultivating strong partnerships with hotels and tour providers across the islands.
Courtney’s focus is rooted in sharing the aloha spirit and ensuring service excellence. One of her favorite parts of being a Concierge Manager is the teamwork—leading a dedicated team of concierges who are unwavering in their commitment to their guests. She strives for every guest to experience the very best the islands have to offer and to leave looking forward to their return. JENNY NOBRIGA is a Senior Sales Manager at Blue Hawaiian Activities, where she oversees sales performance, program development, and concierge operations across Maui and Kauaʻi as well as the company’s web-based booking platforms.
With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry, Jenny brings a strong operational mindset, sales leadership, and a heartfelt dedication to delivering outstanding guest service. In 2023, she was promoted to Senior Sales & Program Manager, a testament to her dedication and leadership. Before joining Blue Hawaiian Activities, Jenny spent over a decade with Expedia Group, where she served as a Concierge and Concierge Manager within the Local Expert program. During her time at Expedia, she earned recognition as Concierge of the Year, a testament to her commitment to excellence and ability to foster strong partnerships with hotels and activity providers across the islands.

Program Operations Manager
TRACI NARDIN is a Program Operations Manager at Blue Hawaiian, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the executive leadership team and concierge managers across the Hawaiian Islands. In this capacity, she oversees key operational initiatives—including marketing programs, website management, legal contracting, and company-wide growth strategies—to ensure seamless execution and consistent service delivery.
With over five years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Traci previously worked as a Field Operations Partner for Expedia where she managed on-site operations and partner relationships across Hawaii. Before relocating to Hawaii, she spent eight years in progressive Human Resources roles, specializing in benefits administration, compliance, employee data, and HR systems. Traci holds an MBA from Davenport University, providing a strong foundation in strategic management and operational leadership.
Traci thrives on the diversity of experiences her role offers, embracing the daily challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm. Originally from Michigan, Traci spent six years living on Maui and now calls Colorado home. She enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family. Vice President
MYRA GALINATO is a seasoned leader in Hawaii’s tourism and hospitality sector, currently serving as Vice President of Blue Hawaiian Activities, the experiential arm of Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. In this role, she leads business development initiatives, driving growth through hotel partnerships, enhancing online sales channels, and overseeing the division’s profit & loss performance.
With a career spanning over 25 years in the Hawaiian hospitality industry, Myra has built a strong reputation for boosting profitability, fostering collaborative relationships, and elevating service standards. She joined Blue Hawaiian four years ago as General Manager of Blue Hawaiian Activities, where she steered operations and significantly contributed to its positioning as a premier experiences provider across the Pacific and United States. Myra is known for her dynamic leadership style, a keen analytical focus on profit & loss management, strong hotel partnerships, and a passion for driving online sales growth.
Prior to her tenure at Blue Hawaiian, Myra held the position of General Manager for Expedia Local Expert in Hawai‘i. There, she managed concierge operations across the Hawaiian Islands and supported teams in Florida and international call centers, gaining invaluable insights into travel technology, OTA partnerships, and guest service optimization.

Quentin Koch
President
QUENTIN KOCH, President of Blue Hawaiian Helicopters and Activities, is a distinguished leader with a profound connection to the Hawaiian Islands and a steadfast dedication to sharing their beauty and wonder with others.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Quentin moved to Hawai’i for college, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Travel Management from Hawai’i Pacific University on O’ahu. He furthered his education by obtaining a master’s degree in International Business from the UoP while living in Tokyo, Japan.
Quentin brings over 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, including 20 successful years at United Airlines before joining Blue Hawaiian in 2019. His extensive background has equipped him with a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge, which he leverages to lead Blue Hawaiian with distinction.
Under his stewardship, Blue Hawaiian Helicopters has set the Gold Standard in tourism, consistently delivering memorable experiences to visitors while preserving and promoting the unique qualities of the area. Quentin’s passion for his work is driven by his belief in the importance of creating unforgettable moments for guests. One of Quentin’s most remarkable professional achievements was Blue Hawaiian’s swift and impactful response to the Maui wildfires. Leading the company’s efforts, he oversaw the first launch of support operations, which quickly transformed into a five-day rescue mission. During this critical time, Blue Hawaiian provided thousands of meals, communication equipment, water, and evacuation services to those stranded on the west side of Maui. The power of helicopters enabled the team to deliver essential resources directly to the areas most in need, exemplifying Quentin’s commitment to community support and resilience.

DAVID NITTA is a Supply Manager for Blue Hawaiian, overseeing the procurement and management of top-tier activity partners to provide exceptional experiences for guests.
David has been a dedicated professional in the activities industry since 2001. With over two decades of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at Blue Hawaiian Activities, where he has been contributing since 2021.
Prior to joining Blue Hawaiian Activities, David spent over a decade with Expedia, starting in 2010, where he honed his skills and built a robust network. Passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, David thrives on securing the best activity partners to ensure that guests’ dreams come true.
